Who are we?
Legislative Solutions Pty Ltd is a privately owned company which provides a broad range of legislative drafting and technical & policy services. Our director and principal consultant is Graeme Keay. Graeme is a lawyer admitted in 3 jurisdictions with substantial experience in commercial and taxation law gained in the private and public sectors.

We have over 17 years experience in providing services in various jurisdictions, in developing countries in particular, to support institutional and legislative reforms, especially revenue laws, revenue administration laws, investment laws and regulatory frameworks, investment incentives, tax free zones and revenue & investment agencies.

Our services are provided world-wide to national and local governments, statutory organisations, revenue authorities, trade and investment agencies and donor organisations.

What do we offer?
Legislative Solutions works closely with client countries, implementing agencies and donor organisations to provide specific and targeted solutions by identifying weaknesses in existing legislative frameworks, agreeing on policy and technical reforms, drafting legislation, providing training and assisting with implementation of reforms.

We believe strongly that our services must lead to sustainable development.  We provide a "start to finish" service.  This provides the beneficiary with a solution that meets its strategic policy needs, is technically of a high standard, and fully takes into account the implementing environment.
